[PLUG] OSAIA Supports Oregon Open Source

The Open Source And Industry Alliance (OSAIA) sent a letter of support for 
Senate Bill 941 - which is now before the Senate Rules Committee - to 
co-chairs Kate Brown and Roger Beyer.  We enthusiastically endorse 
measures to establish a level playing field for open source software in 
markets worldwide.  Our letter of support to Senator Kate Brown can be

last minute scheduling of the hearing prevents us from being there in 
person.
