[PLUG] Linksys kvm switch, Linux and optical mice

Hi All,

Anyone have any experience with the Linksys KVM switch?
I have a 4 port and it doesn't like my optical wheel mouse.
Mouse is a logitech with a usb connector being adapted to a ps/2.
Mouse works plugged in directly to box, but is a hit/miss plugged into
the switch. I also have to figure out how to get the switch to make
the leap to a AT keyboard(I think it will work with an adaptor)
 
I using the switch to allow me to use one monitor between three boxes
(linux server and two workstations). I presently have a non optic,
non-wheel mouse for testing, but would like my opti-wheels instead.
Any info out there?
