[PLUG] /etc/resolv.conf and DHCP

This works, but I try not to have too many aliases to sort out.

This is what I've done (so I have a large /etc/hosts file); but it
runs into a snag when nsa.gov has reason to change their IP.num.ber.
This particular snag bytes me just often enough to really annoy me.

Someone suggested sometime ago that there was a way to add a conf file
to /etc/ssh or ~/.ssh that allows an acceptable solution to both these
problems, but I haven't sorted it out yet. I think I saw a HowTo once
on this topic too, but other issues seem to have precidence.
