Oh, good point. Um, no just take this opportunity to express your 
opinion on the issue. We've got their ear. Just lay it out to them. 
Brevity is of the utmost importance. They are very very tired (you 
should already know that they've set a record for longest Oregon session 
ever).

You've seen the arguments enough, you can voice them yourselves. It's 
the Free as in Free Speech, like the man said.

PS I'm not a list administrator, but I'd welcome people cc:ing the list 
on letters to their representatives. I'd also ask people to do their 
best at trying to improve the signal to noise ratio for the next 48 
hours or so by refraining from quibbling. Thanks all.
