[PLUG] Tech invading OED

The newest edition of the Oxford Dictionary of English contains some
new words, phrases, et al. that might be familiar to PLUG folks: blog,
bounce (of an email), CGI, cron, DNS, DoS, EOF, FireWire, google
(verb), IMAP, Linux, malware, namespace, open-source (adj.), PDF,
Perl, PGP, recompile, SMTP, superuser, sysadmin, VPN, and warez.

Thankfully, "exchange" has retained its traditional meaning; only time
will tell whether it will enter the official vocabulary as a synonym
for 'bloat' or 'unmanageable.'
