[PLUG] Messed up Evolution :(

I seem to have slain evolution.
Well, not /slain/. Perhaps "mortally wounded."

Here's the scenario...

I run RedHat 8.0. It works OK but I'm still fairly new to it. I like the
package-ability of it, but I don't use it enough to be very good at it.  So I
was using "up2date" to update my computer, and it kept saying I didn't have
enough space on "/" to upgrade. So I used "rpm -e" to erase packages until I had
enough space. 

I expected not to have any problems, because if there was a dependency with a
file, I'd be alerted and all would work out, either I'd decide not to remove
that package, or I'd remove the dependent one too. Many of the korean and
japanese translation programs that were somehow installed fell by the roadside
this way.

I use KDE- not gnome, generally; and while it's been my intention to learn
gnome, I just haven't. So I removed some gnome files. And apparently, I removed
one that controlled menus and files, and the basic interface stuff for me to
talk to evolution; I don't have the menu bar any more and keystrokes don't work
any more.

I've included a JPG attachment of what my evolution (top) looks like now. And
here's a list of the rpms I removed.  Could someone tell me which caused this
... error?

That'd be a big help :)
