I think Spamassassin may do something like that.  Certainly, its scoring
system is uncannily accurate.

I just let SA mark it as spam and then have Procmail direct it to
another folder.  I check it every few weeks for false-positives (only
saw one when I had SA misconfigured) and dump it.
