Then you get to set config tcp = yes.  At that point, you can set
bootp=no and then it'll let you set the IP address.

If you want.  I just use the IP address, e.g. lpr://192.168.55.124/lp
(Note: LPR has you specifiy a print queue; lp is the default.)
