I occasionally get the following Kernel Panic on a Dell 2650 running
RHES 3r3 with the latest updated RedHat kernel, 2.4.21-20.
(typed in since the original was an image screen shot):

Process sh (pid: 31555, stackpage=ccb57000)

Kernel panic: Fatal exception

This box runs Oracle and uses NFS mounts on a NetApp filer. My
suspicion, based on the function calls before the panic, is that when
the filer is bogged down then something screwy happens in the NFS
module causing the kernel panic.
Any other thoughts on what might be causing the panic?
Thanks,
~M
