   Yep. The Bytecc USB 2.0 Drive Mate (model BT 300) is powered, handles
neked drives of 3.5" optical/hard flavor, 2.5" PATA flavor, and SATA
flavor. It might not be fast enough for you but I find it fast enough, and
flexible enough, to do all the internal/external transfers I need.
