This is all stuff that Linux can do with tools that come with it.

The key is that it has two separate interfaces. Let's call them eth0 and
eth1. If you run DHCP client on eth0, and DHCP server on eth1, you're
already most of the way there.

Just configure some routes between interfaces and you have an official Linux
Router.
