I have never seen such extreme blue due to open shade, but it is possible
that the white balance was set improperly. It appears that the white
balance may revert to what ever it was set at the last time the video was
used, independent of how it was set for stills. I wonder why the thumbnail
is not blue.
My guess at this point is that the file is at fault, likely due to white
balance (operator) error.
