[PLUG] dnsmasq and Windows 7 FYI

I just noticed that after adding a Windows 7 machine to our network, 
/var/log/messages was being filled with DHCPINFORM/DHCPACK messages from 
dnsmasq.  Apparently Windows 7 insists on getting proxy info from dhcp, 
even when there is no proxy.  Adding 'dhcp-option=252,"\n"' to 
dnsmasq.conf eliminates the problem.
