Marvin,

   Does this printer use a separate print head? If so, it might be clogged
and needs to be replaced. Otherwise, there might be an issue with non-HP
cartridge or load. Cartridge World might be able to advise you.

   I gave up my inkjet printer and use only laserjets (one monochrome, one
color).
