[PLUG] Firefox cannot locate localhost: httpd will not start

Everything looks fine. Not sure if your MPM is compiled in as a static 
module or as a DSO. Do you have a LoadModule MPM directive configured in 
httpd.conf?

What do you see when you run:

 	apachectl -M
