[PLUG] Firefox cannot locate localhost: httpd will not start

   Very interesting results; that line has been commented out before now.
Uncommenting it removes the error message but httpd still does not start:

[root at salmo ~]# ps ax | grep httpd
  8160 pts/2    S+     0:00 grep httpd

and

[root at salmo ~]# /etc/rc.d/rc.httpd stop
httpd (no pid file) not running
httpd: no process found
