Dick,

   No, I haven't. I cannot imagine how the file name could affect printing.
However, depending on what M$ software is used to generate the PDF might
make a difference.

   Until this year I could download the statements but they needed to be
viewed and printed by MasterPDFEditor; no other tool would print them. But,
they did print double-sided then.

   Between M$ and whatever they use for their web site I guess I should
appreciate that anything works.
