Unfortunately, I had not saved a list of headsets which were suitable 
except for their over emphasis on Windows/Apple compatibility.

However, you post implied a different set of search terms. Those 
results, which seems to match Tom's experience, that USB connected 
devices "just work".

Now I'll just need to remember what search terms I used originally to 
find devices which match my bandwidth, resolution, and sample rate 
requirements.
