[PLUG] fsck: recommended options? [UPDATE]

Well see now you have me concerned. My company sells a lot of ext3 drives
so now I feel the need to go make sure our formatting station is actually
formatting and verifying them correctly. I built and configured that
workstation, so it's my head that rolls if something isn't set right. Ugh.
