Running xinput shows what xfce4 has in the pointer setup. The one allowing
the Kensington Orbit to point, scroll, and do its buttons 1 and 3 things is
the 'Primax Kensington Eagle Trackball'. Specifying that to xinput --list
generates:
$ xinput --list 'Primax Kensington Eagle Trackball'
Primax Kensington Eagle Trackball id=8 [slave pointer (2)]

The Eagle apparently has more buttons and wheels than does the Orbit. Does
any of this suggest how to modify 10-evdev.conf?
