[PLUG] Window expansion

Yes I recalled that this happened several upgrades (years)
back, I see the box I ticked in the Compiz control panel
is still ticked so it is something else that someone has
twiddled the bits on.

This is the sort of thing I expect on Windows but it has
crept (jumped) into Linux I fear...
