[PLUG] Useful enough browser on JSLinux

It turns out that there is a Firefox browser that I recently learned
existed in the specific JSLinux. The commands "apk add --update
ca-certificates" makes Firefox more useful,
and then to run Firefox you may need to put "Firefox" in the command line.
