[PLUG] Renewing TLS/SSL certificate

ZeroSSL sent an email that my web site's certificates expire in two weeks. I
generated new files (ca_bundle.crt, certificate.crt, private.key). Then I
logged on my web site host, copied the contents of each file, sequentially,
in the appropriate place and clicked the 'Set TLS' button. The server told
me the files are not in the correct format. This procedure worked for the
initial installation of the certs.

A web search taught me that .crt has the same content format as a .pem file.

What might have I done incorrectly?
