[PLUG] Mozilla Firefox, Cloudflare DNS Resolver and Digital Citizenship

What is particularly bizarre is that both you (Ben) and Mike are emailing
from protonmail. Maybe proton is filtering messages from proton addresses
that aren't delivered directly, but are mediated through a mailing list
reflector.
