I also use opensuse.org
I find it pretty nice, stable and complete since mid/late 1990's
It is rpm based same like Fedora, RedHat, .... It has excellent
documentation, also in pdf unlike any other distro.
I use 1.5-ish year release cadence spin called Leap with KDE at 15.6
version now. It is based/compatible with their SuSE Linux Enterprise. Their
support/updates overlaps with previous release.
They even work with Linux Magazine every year or two on special edition:
