Looks like a bunch of Arch users ran into this problem when upgrading to a new version of libvirt?

Looks like you can adjust the configuration to fix it. I could be dead wrong here, but I wonder if your fedora and opensuse hosts are straddling that config change and you need to adjust the config when moving them?
