Packet capture at the WAN interface shows no incoming connection request
packets (TCP SYN).
I thought it would be crazy for an ISP to filter all incoming TCP (as
opposed to just risky services like port 25), but maybe that's what they
are doing.
Either way, I think my next step is to call tech support.
