Usually the GUI video players will NOT display an empty video box when playing an audio mp3, they only will display a small screen with a progress bar for the audio file.

I explicitly do not want a command line tool.
I doubt the suitability of anything capable of paying video for my working environment (unwanted complication and excessive use of screen real estate).
I'm looking for functionality of cassette player of decades ago.
