Another thing to check, in FF settings, DRM check box:
Settings -> General -> Digital Rights Management (DRM) Content
check the box for "Play DRM-controlled content"
You should then get (automatic?) installed 2 plugins:
OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc.
Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc
These are required for any DRM content.
