[PLUG] Suitable-to-task Debian spreadsheet software

I use OnlyOffice, i've read it has the best compatibility and it works fine.
It is however, Russian developed still, even though the holding company is
based out of Singapore.
It is open source and I don't think there are hidden KGB backdoors in it or
anything.
