[PLUG] Portland Linux/Unix Group General Meeting Streaming

Wouldn't the easiest solution be a smartphone on a tripod streaming to
twitch or youtube or some cooler open source platform (Which I'm not really
finding for ios or android.Streamlabs would probably work too).  But that
GoPro -> OBS Studio on a laptop would likely work well.
