[PLUG] Still having printer issues

So it appears that the problem is not the driver. Maybe something inside 
the printer?

I hauled out my Windows 10 laptop and tried printing a test page. It is 
shifted to the right, too. I'll see what I can learn about how to 
diagnose the hardware.
